Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to coach, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
• Experience with retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Drive sales performance and ensure operational excellence.
• Coach and develop associates, conduct evaluations, and support recruitment.
