Qualifications

• High school diploma requested or equivalent.
• Retail store management experience preferred in retail/grocery/drug environment.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy team environment.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Provide friendly customer assistance and address questions or concerns.
• Move merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
