Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior store management experience in retail or grocery settings. Strong communication, customer service, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs are required to thrive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives is required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks including walking, standing, and bending.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Assist in organizing merchandise and maintaining seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and maintain records including payroll and cash handling.
• Maintain store fixtures, displays, stockroom, and loss prevention measures.
• Supervise and develop Store Associates to ensure safety and professionalism.
