Job summary

Bath & Body Works in Burleson, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive growth across the store.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, customer experience and store operations.

• Availability for peak shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce clear performance expectations, goals, and accountability.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience or store issues.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to execute action plans and drive results.
• Implement floorset directions to showcase products and stories.
• Perform opening/closing routines, deposits, stock receipt, and policy communication.
• Set daily direction for the team and shift planning.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Meet payroll targets by ensuring adequate selling coverage.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with strong product knowledge.
• Create genuine customer connections through needs discovery and personalized recommendations.
• Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Ensure adherence to safety, policies, and store standards.
