Bath & Body Works in Texas is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll lead by example, drive sales results, and ensure smooth operations on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in retail.
• Previous manager-level experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Customer-first mindset with strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set performance expectations, goals, and accountability with all associates.
• Act as Manager on Duty as scheduled to address customer experience and operations.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and execution.
• Implement floorset direction to showcase product stories and optimize business.
• Meet payroll targets by ensuring adequate sales floor coverage and selling focus.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve performance.
