Qualifications

• Requires Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, and RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
• Experience in retail store operations/management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and execute related programs.
• Ensure the retail sales counter is adequately staffed during peak hours.
• Assist the store manager in setting team goals and coaching team members.
• Assist in hiring by recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified staff.
• Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store transfers and shipping notifications.
• Manage returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Perform opening/closing duties, secure money, and maintain store security.
