You will lead a team, manage openings and closings, and ensure procedures are followed across inventory, returns, and communications with customers.

The role emphasizes coaching, interviews, and staff development, with a focus on delivering excellent service while maintaining store standards and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desirable: Fluency in multiple languages; Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise service levels in showroom with programs like Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call.
• Ensure retail sales counter staffing during peak hours, including weekends.
• Assist in setting team goals, give feedback, and mentor staff on training.
• Assist in hiring: recruit tasks, interviews, and candidate evaluation with management.
• Answer telephone according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
• Ensure returns, exchanges, refunds, and invoicing are accurate and friendly.
