You will assist the Store Manager with supervision of staff, merchandising, and daily operations, while protecting assets and maximizing profitability.

The role involves leading customer service, inventory control, and cash handling, opening/closing shifts, training employees, and ensuring adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year retail experience and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage cash handling.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service leadership; operate cash register and scanner.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees, providing training, and safety meetings.
• Follow company processes to manage merchandise, including receiving, stocking, restocking and displays.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels and cash control procedures.
• Assist with planograms and merchandising presentation.
• Assist in managing store finances including deposits and refunds.
• Assist in store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
