Boot Barn in Ohio is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales, customer service, and team development. You will lead partners on the selling floor, coach staff, and execute store initiatives to meet goals while upholding brand standards.

This role requires flexibility to work diverse hours, a focus on the customer journey, and collaboration with regional partners to optimize operations and community engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's Degree and/or 2 to 4 years of retail store management experience.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays; travel up to 15%.
