Responsibilities

• Promote membership program and build customer loyalty.
• Support inventory management, shipments, damages, and returns.
• Assist in recruitment, staffing, and retention of store talent.
• Handle scheduling, policy adherence, and store compliance.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to address shrink.
