Job summary

Miniso is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving store performance. This role includes coaching team members, maintaining standards, and implementing strategies to achieve sales and productivity goals.

You will lead a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates, promote the Miniso membership program, manage inventory and store visuals, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management with a proven leadership record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to relocate or manage multiple stores.
• Willingness to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Promote Miniso mission and core values in daily operations.
• Support Store Manager in achieving sales targets and store performance.
• Drive customer engagement through the Miniso membership program.
• Mentor trainees and support recruitment and staffing.
• Oversee inventory, shipments, damages, returns, and supplies.
• Ensure policies, scheduling, and visual merchandising are followed.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to address shrink.
