Job summary

The North Face is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Meridian, Idaho. You will lead a team of Brand Advocates to deliver a consistent, best-in-class customer experience and partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through exceptional engagement, merchandising, and operations.

In the absence of the Store Manager, you will assume full store responsibility, coach and develop staff, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining brand standards and community connections.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connection.
• In the Store Manager’s absence, assume full responsibility for the store.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard high-caliber talent; provide ongoing training and feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.
• Support inventory management, shipping, receiving, and stockroom practices.
• Foster a culture of accountability, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
