The North Face in Meridian, Idaho is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experiences that reflect our brand values.

You will partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability by ensuring excellence in engagement, merchandising, and community connection, with responsibility in the store’s absence. This is a hands-on leadership role in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

2+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to influence across all levels.
Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
Partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability by ensuring excellence in customer engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connection.
In the Store Manager’s absence, assume full responsibility for the store.
