Fabletics in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and deliver a seamless omnichannel shopping experience alongside the Store Manager and leadership team.

You will drive sales and operational excellence, train associates, manage inventory, and contribute to a vibrant customer culture while upholding company standards. This role reports to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of management experience within a retail environment.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees and business partners inside and outside of the store environment.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and ability to take initiative.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self‑motivated and a good communicator who brings out the best in others.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and work under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• This position involves constant moving and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and peer Supervisor in training store Associates and engaging customers.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events and promotions.
• Support and manage daily store activities aligned with company and store goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager to improve customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the customer journey.
• Provide and nourish feedback to continuously improve the business.
• Strive to meet or exceed store objectives related to performance and efficiency.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain safety and security standards and report issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes as required (boxes weigh 10–30 lbs).
