Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate Brand Advocates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Partner with Store Manager to drive profitability through engagement, merchandising, operations.
• In Store Manager’s absence, assume full store responsibility.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard high-caliber talent.
• Provide ongoing training, feedback, and development to team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Manage expenses, shrink, and visual merchandising alignment.
• Support inventory management, shipping, receiving, and stockroom practices.
