Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team to meet/exceed sales and productivity goals.
• Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on hiring and onboarding.
• Provide ongoing training and development to team members.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and manage expenses.
