Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or store leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to stand, move, and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Partner with Store Manager to drive profitability via engagement, merchandising, operations.
• Oversee opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of high-caliber talent.
• Provide ongoing training, feedback, and development to team members.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock replenishment.
• Support inventory management and control expenses to drive profitability.
