Nike is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead and coach a team, delivering the best experience to customers and building community partnerships. You will drive store growth strategies with retail expertise and bring Nike to life for customers and colleagues.

You will lead with passion, recruit and develop your team, and ensure inclusive, supportive store operations while upholding Nike service principles and brand culture.

Qualifications

• Four years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• Three years of leadership experience.
• Proven ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb and stand for extended periods.
• Willing to work mornings, weekends, nights and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to keep store functions running seamlessly.
• Staff the store by attracting, assessing and onboarding teammates.
• Equip employees with tools needed for day-to-day tasks.
• Drive store and business results including budgeting, planning and customer service.
• Manage product lifecycle from stockroom to visual merchandising and sales floor.
