Nike Memphis is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-volume retail team. You will coach staff, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive store growth while ensuring operations run smoothly during nights and weekends.

You will recruit and develop teammates, manage daily performance, and execute fiscal goals, merchandising, and service principles that reflect Nike's culture and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• 4 years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• 3 years of leadership experience.
• Ability to recruit and lead high-performing teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Available mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team that keeps store functions running smoothly.
• Staff the store by attracting, assessing and onboarding teammates.
• Equip store employees with tools to succeed in daily duties.
• Lead store team and business results, including budgeting, planning and customer service.
• Manage product life cycle from stockroom to visual merchandising and sales floor.
