JACK & JONES is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Deer Park, NY to support the Store Manager in leading a fast-paced store and developing a high-performing team. You will coach 7-15 colleagues, deliver strong customer experiences, and drive sales while maintaining store standards.

With 1–3+ years in retail leadership, you will contribute to growth, participate in recruitment, and help implement training programs as the brand expands in the US market.

Salary: Starting at $50,000 + Bonus

We’re looking for a motivated retail leader to support the Store Manager in driving results, leading the team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Leadership & Team Support

• Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a team of 7-15 colleagues


• Provide real-time feedback and coaching on the sales floor


• Help drive a positive, high-energy team culture


• Step in to lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager

Commercial Performance & Sales

• Support delivery of key KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, and UPT


• Lead by example in customer service and selling behaviors


• Assist in analyzing performance and executing action plans to improve results


• Ensure strong product knowledge and visual merchandising standards

Operations & Store Execution

• Support daily store operations including scheduling, inventory, and stock flow


• Ensure smooth execution of opening/closing procedures


• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment

Recruitment & Team Development

• Support recruitment efforts including interviews and onboarding


• Help train and develop team members


• Contribute to building a strong internal talent pipeline

Compliance, Loss Prevention & Safety

• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures


• Support loss prevention practices and inventory accuracy


• Maintain Health & Safety standards

WHO YOU ARE:

• 1-3+ years of experience in a retail leadership role


• Strong interest in developing into a Store Manager role


• Proven ability to support sales performance and customer experience


• Strong communication and coaching skills


• Commercially aware and eager to learn


• Organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment


• Passionate about fashion and retail
