Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe in Prosper, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the General Manager to drive store sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction while leading a team on every shift. You will coach and develop staff, help manage P&L, labor, and inventory, uphold the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness, and assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training.

This is a full-time role with holidays, nights, and weekends required, offering growth opportunities

Qualifications

• 2+ years of store or restaurant management experience.
• High school diploma required; AA degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Experience supervising 10+ team members.
• Full-time availability, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to drive store sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team; serve as manager-on-duty when the GM is away.
• Help manage store financials (P&L), labor, and inventory.
• Champion the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of the team.
