Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Requirement: Valid driver's license.
• Strength: Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Automotive enthusiasm: It’s a plus but not required (we will train you).
• Team mindset and leadership abilities are valued for coaching a team of technicians.

Responsibilities

• Busting tires: Install, rotate, balance, repair, and clean tires and wheels.
• Coaching a team: Train, mentor, and coach a team of 4-5 technicians.
• Managing: Organize inventory of tires, wheels, wiper blades, and lug nuts.
• Delighting customers: Provide an inviting, easy, and safe customer experience.
• Growing: Hands-on, on-the-job training and development.
