America’s Tire is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team of technicians and ensure safe, efficient store operations. You will coach staff, manage tire and accessory inventory, and help deliver a top‑notch customer experience on a daily basis.

You will work hands‑on with your team to build a promote‑from‑within culture and drive sales, safety, and service excellence in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage a team and daily retail operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 technicians.
• Manage inventory of tires, wheels, wiper blades, and lug nuts.
• Provide a safe, inviting, and efficient customer experience.
• Coach and develop team members to enable promotion from within.
• Maintain store operations and scheduling on a daily basis.
