Job summary

Discount Tire is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team on the floor, coach 4-5 technicians, and ensure safe, timely service for customers. You will oversee inventory, promote a welcoming environment, and help drive the store's success in a promote-from-within culture.

You will work in a people-first environment with weekly pay and opportunities for advancement. A valid driver's license and high school diploma are required, with automotive enthusiasm a plus.
