Job summary

Discount Tire is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a hands-on team, coach technicians, and ensure safe, efficient service for customers. You’ll help set the store pace, run huddles, and keep daily operations smooth.

This role rewards a strong team mindset, servant leadership, and the physical stamina to lift 50 pounds. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required; automotive enthusiasm is a plus and training is provided.

• Managing: Organize inventory of tires, wheels, wiper blades, and lug nuts
• Delighting customers: Providing an inviting, easy, and safe customer experience
• Growing: On-the-job training and development
