You will oversee 30–70 team members, conduct interviews, training, scheduling and performance reviews, and maintain food safety and sanitation standards while meeting company and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Two-plus years related management experience.
• Associate Degree preferred or equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates.

Responsibilities

• Manages, supervises and provides leadership to 30-70 team members in the store.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and laws.
• Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training associates; planning, assigning and directing work.
• Maintains store conditions per company standards and ensures sanitation and safety compliance.
