Qualifications

• Two-plus years related management experience.
• Associate Degree preferred or equivalent of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, percentages and volumes.
• Maintains Food Safety Certification.
• Able to stand, walk, and perform physical duties as described.
• Travel up to an hour to the work site as needed.

Responsibilities

• Directs staffing, hiring, training and performance management.
• Plans, assigns and directs work to maintain store conditions and presentation.
