Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver the Buckle guest experience.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit teammates, and provide on-the-floor leadership in a fast-paced apparel environment. The AIT position progresses to an Assistant Manager role with higher responsibility, including training, coaching, and stepping in for the Store Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred or related training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with legendary service and answer questions about store merchandise.
• Lead, coach and motivate Teammates; provide on-the-floor leadership in absence of Store Manager.
• Assist in recruiting, training and developing new Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Maintain visual merchandise and store presentation to Buckle standards.
• Execute store operations, including opening/closing procedures and loss prevention practices.
