Yesway Hagerman, NM is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, train and develop employees, and ensure guest satisfaction across the store. You will schedule shifts, resolve customer concerns, monitor profits, oversee audits, ensure hospitality for guests, keep shelves stocked, and maintain safe, clean store conditions in line with company policies and regulations.

• Experience supervising others in fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees and store responsibilities.
• Scheduling employees for shifts.
• Resolving store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions; and
• Monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
