Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; certification testing upon employment.
• One year experience supervising others in retail/fast food or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees.
• Schedule employees for shifts.
• Resolve store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper stocking of merchandise.
• Oversee guest transactions to ensure hospitality and efficiency.
• Monitor profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, lotteries, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
