Yesway in Texas seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager with staff development and store operations. You will participate in scheduling, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring regulatory compliance to maintain smooth daily performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; and
• Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees and store responsibilities.
• Scheduling employees for shifts.
• Resolving store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions.
• Monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
