StorQuest Self Storage is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Torrance, CA. This role supports the Store Manager, oversees daily store operations, handles rentals, payments, and insurance offers, and ensures a high standard of guest service across potentially multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in customer service/sales, is tech-savvy, comfortable with cash handling, and available on weekends.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1+ years in Customer Service/Sales experience.
• Experience with cash handling and payments.
• Ability to work weekends as required.
• Strong teamwork and customer-service focus.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with store systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests during challenging times and provide exceptional service.
• Manage rental process including converting sales, payments, and insurance offerings.
• Support Store Manager with revenue, delinquency, occupancy, cleanliness and operations.
• Perform minor maintenance, cash handling, deposits and routine paperwork.
• Coordinate across multiple locations and provide coverage as needed.
