Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience; must complete Assistant Manager Training.
• ServSafe certification a plus but not mandatory.
• Comfortable talking and interacting with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Manages the store team’s Guest Service behaviors, coaching to greet guests warmly and make them feel welcomed.
• Support Store Manager in building and developing a strong team with training, scheduling, coaching, and fostering engagement.
• Partner with Store Manager to achieve operational excellence and hit promotions, sales objectives, and controls.
• Assist with store appearance, cleanliness, and stocking, including coffee station and food service area.
• Monitor product levels, rotate stock, maintain in-stock levels to meet guest demand.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager or during SM absence.
