GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our busy Wilmington, DE store. You’ll support the Store Manager in daily operations, run the register, and help coach a team dedicated to excellent customer service and strong sales performance.

Open availability, weekend and holiday shifts, and the ability to step in as acting manager are required. This role offers weekly pay, a path to store leadership, and benefits to protect you and your family.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Minimum age 21+ years old.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Food Safety Certification.
• Excellent English communication and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
