This role requires open availability, including weekends and holidays, and involves second/third shifts. Training and growth opportunities lead toward store leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21+ for compliance and safety.
• Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
