Job summary

Cole Haan is seeking a part-time Retail Lead in San Marcos, TX to drive sales, manage store operations, and build a positive, high-performing team. You will lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining visual standards that reflect the Cole Haan brand.

The role requires adaptability to a fast-paced retail environment and strong communication in English. Responsibilities include coaching staff, coordinating tasks, loss prevention, health and safety, and ensuring policy

Qualifications

• Part-Time Position
• Related field experience preferred
• Candidates must be at least 16 years of age
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Independent work ethic, time management, and accountability
• Knowledge in driving sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention
• Experience leading a team to coordinate operational tasks including receiving shipments and maintaining store cleanliness
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Coaching and training experience
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Computer skills including POS systems and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Drive financial growth by achieving sales and KPI goals
• Assist in controlling store expenses by managing payroll, supplies, and facilities
• Coach staff to exceed goals
