Job summary

• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform frequent physical tasks (standing, walking, bending, lifting).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment and provide customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, including stockroom and sales floor.
