Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership, retail management, assistant manager, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience with retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations with the Store Manager to drive sales and store performance.
• Coach and develop associates, conduct evaluations and support succession planning.
