Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and answer questions.
• Move merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain store fixtures, displays, and promotional effectiveness.
• Assist with ordering, processing damaged merchandise, payroll and cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Ensure clean, organized sales floor and stockroom and protect store assets.
