Lids Sports Group seeks a part-time Assistant Store Manager in Rosemont, IL to lead store operations, customer service, and sales while supporting the Store Manager.

You will oversee staffing, training, and day-to-day store performance, ensure visual standards, operate POS systems, and drive KPIs with a focus on customer experience. The role offers hourly pay of $15.75–$17.00 and a discount program.

Formación

• Proven ability to drive sales while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is absent.
• Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow-up.
• Administer progressive discipline including verbal and written warnings.
• Engage team to create a fun and productive environment aligned with company goals.
• Schedule and staff the store, including calling in associates during peak periods.
• Lead customer service initiatives to meet KPIs and sales targets.
