Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations, sales goals, and business growth.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Open and close the office and perform light property maintenance and cleaning.
• Assist customers with rentals, account setup, payments, and general inquiries.
• Manage account records, billing, and collections.
• Occasionally support nearby store locations to maintain consistent company standards.
