Wild Bill’s Tobacco is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in operations, customer service, and sales growth. This development role targets future Store Manager progression and emphasizes team leadership and product knowledge.

You will recruit, train, and guide staff; manage daily operations, schedules, and inventory; and ensure a positive customer experience while meeting financial targets.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• High school diploma completed.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Flexible to work 12 hour shifts at times.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and retaining store employees.
• Assist in managing and developing store employees for performance.
• Assist in developing teams selling skills.
• Assist in educating the team about products sold in store.
• Ensure store operates smoothly including inventory, expenses, promotions, and scheduling.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
