WILD BILLS TOBACCO STAFFING LLC is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee one location, manage staff and inventory, and drive sales while delivering excellent customer service. Experience in retail management and a passion for the tobacco industry are preferred.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to implement store programs to increase efficiency and profitability. Expect regular shifts over 40 hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years of previous manager experience preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, select and retain top talent.
• Motivate, coach, develop, lead, and train the store staff.
• Develop product knowledge to be the expert.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and oversee store operations.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and health/safety standards.
• Communicate priorities and sales driving information to staff.
• Develop marketing and promotional strategies to increase traffic and sales.
