Community Choice Financial's Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at a Locust Grove location to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and deliver trusted financial services. You will drive customer service, manage cash risk, and support growth across multiple brands.

You’ll train team members, meet performance goals, and promote internal advancement. The role requires reliability, strong communication, and a readiness to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, MS Office, and other computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and check cashing transactions.
• Conduct daily outreach to market services and build customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with a focus on service and compliance.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the POS system and support staff as needed.
