Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our N. Augusta, SC location. You will support customers with financial services, lead daily operations, and drive growth across the store.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, risk management, and customer outreach to promote brand loyalty. The position requires a high school diploma, 1+ year in customer service or sales, and 3+ months in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service/sales/retail.
• At least 3 months in supervisory/leadership role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, MS Office and computer systems.
• Must be 18+ years old (19+ in Alabama).

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services.
• Assess risk on financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and check cashing.
• Carry out daily call campaigns to market services and build relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with focus on customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the POS system.
• Provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives as needed.
• Perform duties outside the store, including on-site vehicle appraisals and errands.
• Meet performance standards and participate in in-store/community events.
• Maintain security and financial controls, including vault/cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and applicable laws.
• Keep store appearance clean and handle basic facility needs.
• Maintain 40-hour+ weekly in-person schedule, including weekends.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
