Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands in Batesburg, SC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support customers with financial services and help run daily store operations. You will build leadership skills, manage account activities, and drive outreach while promoting a safe, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year experience in customer service, sales or retail.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with financial services and store operations.
• Assist in account management and customer outreach.
• Participate in on-site store duties and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate customer records in POS system.
• Assist with training and coaching of staff.
