Qualifications

• Required certifications listed above and relevant training.
• Experience in retail or parts retail is beneficial.
• Ability to lead a team and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels and ensure program execution (Related sales, Hi5, etc.).
• Assist in staffing, coaching, and performance feedback for team members.
• Assist in hiring, interviews, and candidate evaluation.
• Ensure timely processing of orders and transfers and contact customers on shipment arrivals.
