Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development.

You will assist with daily store functions, help customers, organize merchandise, and ensure displays and seasonal areas are well maintained. The role involves opening/closing procedures, handling directives, managing payroll/scheduling, and supervising store associates to maintain a safe and friendly environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
