Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and control costs to meet budgets.
• Oversee 5–15 Sales Associates and ensure high customer service.
• Analyze reports and recommend actions.
• Coach, develop and provide feedback to Team Members.
• Conduct 1:1s and daily management.
• Assist with staffing, onboarding, and training.
• Support with team engagement and turnover aligned with company expectations.
• Drive personal vehicle for business needs.
