Job summary

EZPAWN, part of EZCORP, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Murray, Utah. You will lead a team of pawnbrokers and sales associates, coaching staff to deliver outstanding customer service and drive revenue in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing transactions, staffing, onboarding, and performance feedback, while ensuring adherence to company guidelines and achieving budgeted margins.

Qualifications

• Leadership, coaching and mentoring skills with strong negotiation talents.
• Ability to read and manage customer needs and emotions in a high-paced retail environment.
• Experience driving store performance through effective team leadership and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching and direction to a team of 5–15 associates to maximize store performance.
• Oversee pawn and sales transactions with customers and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Drive revenue while controlling costs and monitoring operating margins.
• Analyze reports on key metrics and implement actionable improvements.
• Assist with staffing, onboarding and training per company guidelines.
